These gloves also include pro grade leather laces which add durability and strength. Along with this, a padded thumb sleeve is added for comfort and thermoformed hand openings are also on the Heart of the Hide series models. The ContoUR Fit series of Heart of the Hide requires less player break-in and is tailored for smaller and thinner hands giving these players a better fit. ContoUR Fit is comprised of more narrow finger stalls, lowered finger stalls, smaller wrist opening, and adjusted back opening.
